1. Production times
Ideally we recommend placing an order at least three months before you intend to send invitations or need the stationery for your wedding day. However, if you require your order at an earlier date, please contact us and we will do our best to oblige.
We aim to complete all of our stationery orders within three (3) to four (4) weeks from the cleared payment.
Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only. Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery are not liable for any possible delay in delivery of your order.
When placing an order with Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery, a deposit of 50% of the order value must be paid before work on your stationery can commence. This will guarantee and secure the price you pay for items at the time of ordering.
All payments must clear before any stationery can be collected or posted.
Invoices are due upon receipt, Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery reserve the right to add a late payment fee of 1% per day. Invoice reminders carry a £5 administration fee – Kathryn Deeley Wedding stationery will send 2 reminders of an over due invoice before starting legal proceedings to recover the monies owed.
Payment reminders will be sent out 30 days from the date on the first invoice.
We can accept payments by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal *Payment Security
Paypal offers one of the safest ways to pay online. Paypal allows us to receive your payment without the need for you to disclose your financial details.
*Please note due to paypal fees a charge of 3.4% will be added to your total order.
4. Price changes
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders secured with a paid deposit will not be affected.
Quotes sent out for direct orders are valid for thirty (30) days.
5. Minimum Order
We cannot accept orders for less than twenty (20) copies of any item. This excludes table plans, table numbers, menus, post boxes and guest books.
Tea Towels are min order of 25.
6. Extra Invites
Min order for extra invites is ten (10) copies of any item.
A surcharge of £7.50 will be added onto of the total cost of the extra invites to cover time in producing these.
If ordering 1-9 extra invites a surcharge of £15.00 will be added onto of the total cost of the extra invites to cover time in producing these.
When making extra invites, we reserve the right to charge you for postage of any extra materials needed. Eg, Brooches may need ordering to for fill your extra invite order. You will be advised of any postage costs at the time of ordering extra invites.
The list of prices for stationery include one printed insert for each invitation, menu, or order of service.
These standard inserts are printed in black and white or ivory paper to match the card.
Extra inserts on coloured card or with coloured text are available at a small additional cost.
We can also print your guests’ names, should you require it, also at a small additional cost.
Our prices also include a white, ivory or coloured envelope with invitations where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Proofs will be sent to you within 5 days of receiving your wording information. Bespoke orders are within 14 days.
These will be full colour PDF proofs sent via email for review. Proofs are for you to check that all the information is correct and present, as you would like it to appear. A standard of two (2) sets of changes can be made. Any alterations above this will be liable for extra costs.
It is your responsibility to check your proof carefully!
Please check carefully for errors in style, text, layout, grammar and spelling.
Although every card is taking in preparing this proof, you are responsible for approving and inaccuracies which may have been overlooked and the cost of any reprint or reworking.
The colours reproduced on this PDF are a representation colours, and are not guaranteed to be colour accurate compared to the physical items chosen in store or online. Please discuss with us any concerns regards colours prior to approving this proof.
You must approve each part of your order via email. No order is sent to print without your confirmation.
Once approved, you will be asked to pay the remainder of your bill.
10. Variation within the order
All designs are handcrafted and made to order, so slight variations in colour and materials may occur from card to card and may differ slightly from the photographs on our website and products seen in the shop.
Due to the delicate nature and manufacturing of handmade wedding invites card sizes and placements may vary slightly.
Please note that within laser cut invites small areas may appear slightly burnished or scorched.
The above variations are part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute grounds for complaint or replacement/refunds.
Care should be taken when handling your cards and when inserting them into envelopes – you will receive your cards in perfect condition and we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused after you have signed for them.
No goods will be dispatched until the balance of the account has been paid. All products remain the property of
Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery until full payment has been received and cleared.
12. Delivery and Acceptance
Your stunning stationery will be sent via next day courier. All parcels are tracked and a signature will be required for added security and peace of mind.
Order can also be collected from our premises directly, if this is more convenient.
Deliveries can be sent to your home, work or an alternative address. We will notify you once your delivery has been dispatched, with a reference number, which will allow you to track your parcel throughout its
Postage and packing is charged as follows:
Small Items (save the dates, wedding invites, placecards etc) £10.00
Table Plans £15.00
Orders that require table plan postage with order of services, table numbers, and placecards will be posted as two parcels a total of £25.00
*Please note that there are additonal delivery charges for parcels being sent to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland will be a small extra delivery charge for items being sent to Scotland. Please contact us for an exact delivery cost.
All our products are carefully packaged and leave us in perfect condition. Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost during transit.
13. Health and Safety
Because some of our designs contain small detachable parts, they are not suitable for young children.
Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery reserves the right to display any designs on their website and in promotional and marketing materials.
15. Responsibility and Storage of Stationery
Liability for loss and damage of products passes to you upon delivery or on the date of the first attempted delivery by the courier or Royal Mail.
You are responsible for performing a final check of names and details on stationery before items are used or sent out to guests. Once stationery is received by you, it is your responsibility to ensure that it remains in good condition. Stationery should be stored flat where possible, and in any event must be stored in a dry environment at room temperature. If exposed to damp or very hot/cold conditions, stationery may become bent or damaged and this is not a fault of the product.
16. Postage of Individual Invites
Please note that it is your responsibility to check you have the correct postage when sending out your stationery to your guests. It is not the responsibility of Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery.
Some designs are bulky so will require a ‘large letter’ stamp or possibly a higher postage value, so we recommend checking with your post office prior to sending.
We make every effort to work with our customers to ensure the process of ordering right through to delivery is a smooth and carefree one. However, we are aware that sometimes plans can change or unforeseen circumstances may arise.
If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us in writing immediately, quoting your Invoice number, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we are notified (as above) before your order commences a refund will be given subject to charges of work already taken out and a flat rate cancellation fee of £50.
If you cancel 1 month before your order commences the full invoice will be due.
If an order has gone to production, as all orders are personalised with your individual details, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. If the balancing payment is still outstanding this will be due.
Any refunds or exchanges will be at our sole discretion and will only be made if the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order.
If you feel that there are any discrepancies with your order these must be communicated to Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery within 24 hours of the goods being received by the customer. After 24 hours, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted by you.
In the event that the error reported is an error by Kathryn Deeley wedding Stationery (i.e it differs from the wording supplied by you) Kathryn Deeley wedding Stationery shall replace the item(s) affected. In these circumstances you may be required to return the item(s), in original packaging, if requested to do so by Kathryn Deeley wedding Stationery. Kathryn Deeley wedding Stationery will bear the cost of this and replacement(s) shall be sent out as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Reprints or refunds will not be made if the goods contain errors but are as ordered by you. It is therefore vital that you ensure that information and guest names given to Kathryn Deeley wedding Stationery are correct. Kathryn Deeley wedding Stationery accepts no responsibility for checking your spellings and is not responsible for running a spell check on stationery wording.
19. Data Protection and Privacy
Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery is committed to protecting the privacy of our website users and clients.
Any personal information submitted by visitors to our website will be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act. Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery do not share information submitted by our website user with third parties.
20. Table Plan Frame Returns
Frames are to be returned one (1) – two (2) days after the wedding date unless otherwise arranged with Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery.
Frames being returned must be packaged in the same packaging they came in, to ensure there is enough protection.
Deposits will not be refunded if any damage is caused to the frame while in your care or on its return to us.
21. Promotions & Offers

* National Wedding Show 10% and 5% discount can only be applied to orders over £100
* £5 Sample fees will not be deducted from orders when using any show/special offer discounts.
All designs remain the copyright of Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery and may not be copied, reproduced or used
in any way other than the agreed use of stationery for a specific wedding. All stationery supplied may carry a discreet reference to the designer’s website. If clients wish to include copyrighted material (such as song lyrics, poems or readings) in any of the stationery, they must obtain permission from the copyright owners and provide evidence that this has been obtained. Kathryn Deeley Wedding Stationery take no responsibility for the inclusion of any material that is in breach of copyright law.
23. Website Content
The content of www.kathryndeeley.co.uk and samples are for your personal use only. You may not copy the content (unless indicated), distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish or commercially exploit or create derivative work from the content or samples.
24. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
