The Short and Sweet Version:

Placing an order is simple. We just need you to email us at outlining a few details:
1. The design you would like to order.
2. The quantities of items you would like to order.
3. Your wedding date.
4. When you require your order. Do you want a standard or fast track turn around.

On receiving your order we will send you an invoice, which can be paid by online transfer. Along with some forms to fill out with your wedding invite wording.

Due to the time, care and attention taken when creating your proofs, we require full payment before starting any artwork.

The Detailed Version:

1. Placing your order
When you have chosen your invitations and coordinating stationery, we just need you to email us at confirming your design choice, quantities of the items you would like to order. And what order turn around you would like.

*When ordering wedding invites, placecards, table numbers, table plans, etc. in one order, we will split your order so that all of your ‘on the day’ stationery can be personalised one month before your wedding day. As a result, this will incur an additional delivery charge.

 2. Payment
Payment can be made via ‘Online Transfer’
Once your order has been received by us, we will email you a full invoice with payment details so that you can make a secure bank transfer.

Due to the time, care and attention taken when creating your proofs, we require full payment before starting any artwork.

3. Artwork Proofs
When sending you an invoice we will also send you a word document that can be filled out with your wedding invite wording, and a selection of information and gift examples to help you pull together your own guest information to accompany the invite.

Proofs will be sent to you within 3-5 days of receiving your wording. (For bespoke orders, proofs sent within 14days) These will be full colour PDF proofs sent via email for review.

Proofs enable you to check that all the information is correct and presented as you would like it. As standard, 2 sets of changes can be made at no extra cost; any alterations over this will be liable for extra costs.

While we will make every effort our end to make sure that there are no mistakes, it is your responsibility to check the wording, spelling and grammar on the stationery. Once we receive your approval, we will go to print production. In the event of any mistakes spotted after printing, costs will be incurred.

4. Artwork Approval
You must approve each part of your order via email. No order is sent to print without your confirmation.
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks of approval.
From start to finish your order process time will be 3-4weeks.
If orders are especially urgent, we will always try our best to accommodate this but additional charges may be incurred.

5. Delivery
Your beautiful stationery will be sent via UPS next-day courier. Your order will be tracked and a signature will be required.
If you wish, orders can also be collected directly from our premises in Lymington, Hampshire.
